Description
This dry type feed extruder has high output with low energy cost. As a dry-type extruder, it does not require a steam boiler, which lowers its operating cost. This makes it ideal for an industry showing moderate growth. These machines can be used to produce dog food, cat food and/or fish food. Production is a simple process, the food mixture must be prepared based on starches, grains and other ingredients recommended by your nutritionist. The mixture will then be pushed by a screw conveyor towards the shaft creating friction and high temperature which completely cooks and sterilizes the mixture. Then the mixture will be molded into pellets and cut to required length. Our extruders are very simple to operate and have durable parts. We have been able to produce a medium-sized, heavy-duty machine that is within the reach of any individual or company. Our machines are designed to be tough and can be worked hard every day for the hours required by your business. The final product is lightweight and remains waterproof for a while, allowing it to float on water for a considerable amount of time.
