This pelletizer is recommended for home use or small business testing. Ideal for the production of alfalfa pellets, forage, biomass and/or balanced feed for animals, it has high performance at a low cost due to the combination of high transmission, low motor consumption and the 120 mm flat die. With a 3 kW 3-phase motor, it can produce up to 220 lbs/hr of alfalfa or forage pellets. Wood pellet making machines are an ingenious way of production that does not need additional components such as steam or binders. Simply add ground wood chips or sawdust and the machine will do the work of producing pellets. This machine is shipped with the user's manual and tool kit for operation and lubrication. The machine includes a flat die to produce 6mm diameter granules. We also have for sale a selection of dies to produce pellets with the following diameters: 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm and 10mm.
