All sales of machinery are final. Returns will only be accepted if the machinery is unopened, unused, and has been pre-approved by the company for return. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways from the company to the buyer and from the buyer back to the company

as well as any other external fees associated with the return process. A restocking fee starting at 25% will apply. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis with company approval.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your machine was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange
