At USA Pellet Mill, we stand behind the quality of our machinery. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
1. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the machinery must be:
Unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging/crating.
Pre-approved by our support team via a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Returns must be sent by mail/freight to our warehouse: 3890 Northwest 132nd Street Bay F, Opa-locka, Florida 33054, USA.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
Customer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for all shipping costs (both ways) and any associated export/import fees.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% of the product price will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and re-crating costs.
Return Label: USA Pellet Mill does not provide return labels. The customer must provide their own trackable freight shipping service.
4. Defective or Damaged Items If the machine arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for an exchange or repair under warranty.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original method of payment.
USA Pellet Mill is a specialized manufacturing and engineering company founded in January 2013. We are the direct manufacturers of the industrial machinery featured on our website, operating from our headquarters and production facility in Opa-locka, Florida.
